Standard fee (members/non-members) 375€ / 395€
Early bird fee* (members/non-members) 275€ / 295€
* only for registrations up to and including 10 October 2008

Student fee only applies to upfront registrations via the online system.
At the registration desk on 19 and 20 November, legitimate full time student card will be checked.
Group fee10%
We foresee an additional group discount of 10% for registrations of 10 people and more.

Hotel Booking

You are responsible for your own hotel booking as your hotel reservation is not part of your registration to the conference. We have made block bookings at the Hotel Park Plaza Astrid, the Ibis hotel and the Theater Hotel in Antwerp.

Please fill in the hotel booking form, and Sara Claassen will contact you to complete your hotel reservation. Please book your accommodation as soon as possible, as reservation is based on a first come first served policy.
